Pssssssssssst! Those who have already purchased a ground admission ticket for the T20 double-header at Trent Bridge on Saturday 26 June, featuring Lightning v South East Stars and Notts Outlaws v Lancashire Lightning, need to take further action.
In line with the recent delay to the government’s roadmap out of lockdown, our capacity will be restricted, and all spectators must secure allocated seats within household groups or support bubbles only.
In order to make this process as smooth as possible, credit to the value of your original purchase has been applied to your ticketing account. You can now use this credit to secure allocated seats.
For clarity, tickets are not currently available for general sale. Only members, Season Ticket holders and some of those who have already booked general admission for this match are being bestowed the opportunity to secure seats.
Kindly note that you must secure and download new allocated seating tickets in advance if you wish to attend this fixture. Any general admission tickets you have purchased, and may have previously downloaded, will no longer be valid.

The experience, for the time being at least, will be different to normal – however, Trent Bridge remains the venue we all know and love.
In order to be compliant with government guidance, to keep you as safe as possible and to give ourselves the best chance of hosting more spectators moving forward, it’s really rather important that we get this right and your help will be greatly appreciated.
Summary of differences
If you have not already paid us a visit this year, a great deal will have changed in comparison to your previous visits to our historic home. Some of the most profound differences are captured in short form below, but please do read on and check out both the FAQs and our code of conduct so you’re aware of the full details.
- The need to take further action by using the account credit provided to secure allocated seats, at the earliest opportunity, in advance of the day of the game. This is now the only method through which you will be able to gain entry.
- Allocated seating within household or support bubbles.
- The requirement for social distancing throughout.
- The Pavilion and all of its seating restricted to use by players, support staff and match officials only.
- Entry and departure via a nominated gate.
- More barriers, additional signage and restricted movement around the ground.
- No facility for cash sales with all outlets operating contactless payments.
- Restricted capacity within toilet facilities.
- Ticket Office, library and Radcliffe Road reception closed.
Securing your seat(s)
Should you wish to attend, you will need to secure your seat(s) using the credit applied to your account here...
You will need to be logged into your account in order to secure tickets, using the same email address with which you purchased your initial tickets, and be clicked onto the 'Account' section in order to access your exclusive offer.
You will need to select account credit as your chosen method of payment.
Once you have reserved your seat(s), you will receive a confirmation email and your ticket will be stored within the ‘Account’ section of your ticketing account under the menu item ‘My Orders’.
From here, you will be able to either print them at home or download them to your smartphone in advance of your visit to Trent Bridge.
Kindly note that you will need to download your tickets, and either print them or send them to your phone, prior to arriving at the gates of Trent Bridge.
We would urge you to book your seat(s) as swiftly as possible if you wish to attend.
If you haven’t already activated your online ticketing account since our new system was launched in October 2020, you’ll need to do so here, by clicking 'reset your password or activate your account', as the first step to securing your ticket.
Subject to availability, our ticketing website will allow you to select where you wish to sit. The seats surrounding your booking will then be automatically blocked out in accordance with social distancing guidance.

Ticket restrictions
Kindly note that it is the responsibility of all spectators to comply with social distancing requirements by only booking a seat or seats within households or support bubbles – and not to mix with additional people during your time at the ground.
You will be asked to enter via a specific gate, to remain outside of ‘red zones’ such as the Pavilion and to comply with one-way systems and restrictions placed upon the numbers able to enter toilet locations at any one time.
The use of lifts will be severely restricted in the interests of Covid safety. Therefore, if you’re not comfortable taking the stairs, we’d heartily advise you not to secure seats within the middle or upper tiers of the Radcliffe Road Stand.
If you wish to sit near to friends or family who are not within your household or support bubble, you should co-ordinate your seat selections in separate bookings yourselves, noting that a two-seat gap will automatically be imposed between each group. Please retain that gap and maintain a safe distance throughout.
Members and Season Ticket holders who have purchased seats for guests
If you purchased tickets on behalf of guests and have already secured your own seat as a member or Season Ticket holder, please contact our friendly Ticket Office team at questions@nottsccc.co.uk or on 0115 899 0300 and, so long as you are part of the same household or support bubble, we will endeavour to merge the two bookings. Kindly note, however, that this may not be possible.
Important information regarding your tickets
Please be aware that reserving a seat and gaining a ticket in advance is the only method by which you will be able to gain entry for this fixture. Entry without a valid ticket will not be permitted on the day of the game.
Match tickets will, where possible, be provided electronically for either printing at home or for smartphone fulfilment, to be presented at the designated gate.
Your ticket will state your name and the gate through which you will be permitted access to the ground.
Gates will open at 10am, and we kindly request that you arrive from the stipulated time and not before.
Car parking, catering facilities and area closures
Unfortunately, in order to maximise space for the flow of people with social distancing intact, there will be no car or bicycle parking available on the ground.
Car parking is available on the Bridge Field Car Park, situated on Bridgford Road 200 yards beyond Trent Bridge with both the ground and the car park on your left, with advanced booking required. Car park passes, priced at £5, will be available to purchase in tandem with your ticketing transaction.
Bicycle parking at the same location must also be booked in advance as per the above, but will be free of charge.
A number of catering outlets will be positioned around the ground with bar, snack and limited hot food provision available, all via cashless payments only.
Spectators will be permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drink. Kindly note, however, that supporters are not permitted to bring glass containers or alcohol into Trent Bridge on Vitality Blast matchdays.
Hand hygiene and social distancing remain of critical importance, and sanitisers will be positioned at various points around the ground, together with signage providing information that will assist you as you move around.
The Club Shop, situated beneath the back of the Radcliffe Road Stand, will be open, albeit with limits applied to the numbers that can enter at any one time. Smaller retail units will also be available in the TBI Courtyard and to the rear of the Yu Energy Stand.
Neither the Ticket Office, Radcliffe Road reception or library will be open, therefore, if you have any questions on the day, please seek out your nearest steward or call our friendly team on 0115 899 0300.
Visiting safely and comfortably
A spectator code of conduct can be found here, supplementing our usual ground regulations due to the unique nature of the current situation.
Subject to exemptions, face coverings will be compulsory for adults whilst moving around the venue. They will not be required whilst you are in your seat, and feel free to remove it whilst consuming food and drink.
We would also advise bringing clothing for all eventualities, as wet weather cover may not be as readily available as on a regular matchday.
In order for us to comply with government guidance for the safe return of spectators, your allocated seat must be the only seat you use throughout.
When you do need to move around the ground, please follow signage, maintain a safe distance and wear your face covering.
