A selection of committee members - and the chair of the club's Nominations Panel - have shared their experiences of committee life and their reasons for becoming part of the leadership of the club.

The General Committee leads and oversees the club’s strategic planning, provides stewardship of its assets on behalf of the membership, and monitors its financial position and performance against an annually approved budget and financial forecast.

Roles, which are voluntary and non-executive, involve attending monthly General Committee meetings and sub-committees.

There are two routes via which individuals can apply to join the committee: either by applying for election (a route which is only available to eligible Nottinghamshire members) or by applying to be considered for nomination (which is open to members and non-members alike). Applications will open in September 2024.

Our committee members hail from a host of different backgrounds, both professionally and personally, and each brings a unique perspective to their role. For an insight into their lives both inside and outside cricket, browse our videos below.
