The Outlaws reconvened at the ECB's National Cricket Performance Centre at Loughborough University for the first day of their winter training programme today (Monday 12 November).
The Notts squad, including new signings Zak Chappell and Ben Slater, underwent strength and fitness testing, ending the day with the Yo-Yo Test.
