The Notts Academy has welcomed its latest female member on board after Lily Brown was offered a full scholarship for 2007-08.

The Midlands Under-15s bowling all-rounder had previously been on the sub-Academy but earned her place on the full Academy after plenty of hard work in the past 12 months.

She is a regular for the senior Notts team and is also part of the Women’s Junior Super 4’s set-up, earmarking her as a potential star of the future.
 
Lily also won the TAUT 100 Sportsperson of the Month award for March, an initiative with SportsAid that aims to support rising stars across the UK.
