What are the hours of play?
Each day of Test cricket in England is scheduled to start at 11am. A 40-minute Lunch interval will commence at 1pm with the 20-minute Tea break scheduled for 3.40pm. Days of Test cricket are scheduled to close at 6pm.
The One-Day International between England and the Ireland is scheduled to start at 12.30pm with a 45 minute interval to commence at around 4pm. Close of play is scheduled for 8.15pm.

How many tickets can I book?
There are no ticket purchasing limits in place for this year’s fixtures.
Can I request a specific seat?
On our Online Ticket Office, you can use the Choose Your Seat option on all devices.
Is there an alcohol free section of the ground?
The William Clarke Stand is an alcohol free stand.
Which is the lively area of the ground?
The Barmy Army often have some seats allocated in the Yü Energy Stand. We are a family friendly ground and we encourage a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere in all areas. We expect behaviour of a respectable standard from all supporters visiting the ground.
Is there a charge for babies?
Children aged under three-years-old on 1 April 2020 are permitted entry to the ground free of charge, although an allocated seat will not be included. Should you wish to purchase a seat, you can do so at the standard price of a junior ticket.
What is the requirement for an under 16/under 21 ticket?
To be entitled to enter the ground on an under 16/under 21 ticket, the person presenting the ticket must be aged under 16/under 21 on 1st April, 2020. Photo ID may be requested at the point of entry for all under 21 tickets.
Will I get a refund if it rains?
Test Match Refund Scheme:
For days 1 to 4 of the Test Match: If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) 15 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a full refund; (b) 15.1 overs to 29.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match - a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
For Day 5 of the Test Match: If play does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid because of adverse weather conditions or completion of the match, you will be entitled to a full refund of only the match ticket value.
ODI Refund Scheme
If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being: (a) 15 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a full refund; (b) 15.1 overs to 29.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a 50% refund. In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
Will I be in the sun or shade?
The Smith Cooper Stand is under cover for most of the day, the Yü Energy Stand will get the sun throughout the day. The back 3-4 rows of the Radcliffe Road Lower and Hound Road Lower stands are under cover, and the other rows in these areas will get the sun at various points during the day as the sun moves. All other stands are out in the open.
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be posted to purchasers in March 2020 with any orders after that date processed contemporaneously.
What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 9am on days of Test cricket and at 10.30am for our One-Day International.
Can I bring any food or drink into the ground?
A host of delicious catering options and bars are situated around the ground, servicing all tastes and dietary requirements.
Should you wish to bring your own food and drink, however, feel free to bring food and soft drinks, just so long as they are in plastic containers.
Alcohol, cans, glassware and metal cutlery is not permitted.

Can I bring a musical instrument into the ground?

Can I book a meal at the ground?
All restaurants at the ground are booked as part of a hospitality package – further information is available by calling our hospitality team on 0844 811 8712. There are fast food and concession stalls serving an array of catering options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.
Where’s the best place to park?
The club's official car park is situated at Bridge Field, roughly 500 yards beyond the ground on Bridgford Road. Please note that this fills up quickly so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment. To secure your car parking spot please call our friendly ticket office staff on 0115 899 0300.
Alternatively, paid car parking, operated by the local council, is available at Victoria Embankment alongside the River Trent, just the opposite side of Trent Bridge to the cricket ground – around 500 yards away.
Information in relation to additional transport options such as park and ride will be circulated to ticket buyers via email ahead of the match.
Can I travel to the ground by Bus or Tram?
There are many buses that connect the city centre to Trent Bridge Cricket Ground via Nottingham Railway Station and from the city.
The most frequent services operate every few minutes.
Look out for the Nottingham City Transport buses 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11.
The Trent Barton services 22, Ruddington Connection, Cotgrave Connection, Keyworth Connection, The Rushcliffe Greens and the Centrebus 9 will also get you there.

Can I travel to the ground by Train?

The station is a 20 minute walk from Trent Bridge Cricket Ground and you can get detailed walking directions from www.walkit.com or if you wanted to catch a taxi they are available on Station Street.
Can I bring a bike into the ground?
Bikes can be left in our stewarded car park area at the Bridge Field Car Park on Bridgford Road, a short walk from the ground.
Can I bring a pushchair into the ground?
Of course. Please store it in a location that doesn’t block a stairway or aisle.
