Born on Christmas Day 2006, seamer Francis Moore is a product of Hampshire’s academy, and played a handful of Second XI games for both Nottinghamshire and Warwickshire prior to joining the Green and Golds on a two-year rookie contract ahead of the 2025 season.
He attended Millfield School in Somerset, joining Tom Moores on the Trent Bridge playing staff as an alumnus of that particular institution, and is studying business management at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
Moore plies his trade at club level for Burridge in the Southern Premier League, and in one game in May 2024, led his side to a thrilling one-run win over Alton by taking the winning wicket with the first ball of the final over, as part of a wider return of 3/20 from 7.1 overs.
