RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the year the Club made purchases of £nil (2017: £747) from a company which a General Committee Member is a director of.The Club also made sales of £30,000 (2017: £nil) to this company. As at 30 September 2018 the Club was due an amount of £12,000 (2017: £nil) from this company. During the year the Club made sales of £4,254 (2017: £2,231) to a company which a General Committee Member is a director of. As at 30 September 2018 the Club was due an amount of £3,124 (2017: £1,988) from this company. Key management personnel remuneration in the year totalled £441,717 (2017: £366,231) for short‑term employment benefits and £36,104 (2017: £78,730) for post‑employment benefits. 18. PENSION COMMITMENTS The club operates 3 (2017: 3) defined contribution schemes, one for the players and two for the staff.The assets of these schemes are held separately from those of the club in independently administered trusts.
The pension cost charge represents contributions payable by the club to these schemes, and this amounted to £241,423 (2017: £225,696).
Pension contributions outstanding at the year end were £33,510 (2017: £31,422). 19. RESERVES General Fund The general fund represents cumulative surpluses and deficits. 20. CAPITAL COMMITMENTS At 30 September 2018 the Club had capital commitments as follows: 2018 2017 £ £ Contracted for but not provided in these financial statements - 2,980,940 - 2,980,940 The capital commitment in 2017 related to the remaining contracted costs for the re‑development of the Radcliffe Road stand.
