RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the year the club made purchases of £3,627 (2019: £14,237) from a company which a General Committee Member is a director of. As at 30 September 2020 the club owed £nil (2019: £163) to this company.The club also made sales of £nil (2019: £24,000) to this company. As at 30 September 2020 the club was due an amount of £nil (2019: £6,000) from this company. During the year the club made sales of £218 (2019: £1,906) to a company which a General Committee Member is a director of. As at 30 September 2020 the club was due an amount of £2,016 (2019: £59) from this company. TheTrent Bridge Community Sports Trust (TBCT) is treated as a related party by virtue of the support the club provides to it and by the fact that three of the club’s employees and two of the club’s General Committee members are trustees of TBCT. During the year the club pledged donations of £21,024 (2019: £13,161) toTBCT. As at 30 September 2020 the club owed £73 (2019: £12,027) and was owed £nil (2019: £4,513) byTBCT. Key management personnel remuneration in the year totalled £466,003 (2019: £472,553) for short-term employment benefits and £41,914 (2019: £39,022) for post-employment benefits.
