Conditions of Sale
Tickets are sold subject to the regulations of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club and the England and Wales Cricket Board.
Physical tickets are only valid if presented complete with the counterfoil.
Cricket is against ticket touting – you must not buy or sell tickets for more than face value. Any purchaser contravening this regulation will be prevented from purchasing tickets in the future.
If we reasonably suspect you have committed such a ticket touting offence, we will notify the ECB who may in turn notify other First-Class counties and the Marylebone Cricket Club and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities. The information we share may include your personal details, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details). We will use this to identify and prevent ticket touting offences and disorder at matches.
The ECB closely monitors online auction and ticket re-sale sites in conjunction with its host venues. Any ticket which is being offered for sale or which is sold for more than its face value is in breach of the ticket’s terms and conditions and is liable to be cancelled.
This will result in the holder of such a ticket being refused admittance to, or being removed from, the ground. The venue reserves the right to request a ticket holder to verify his/her identity and to confirm the manner in which he/she came to be in possession of a ticket. If you, as the original ticket applicant, have been allocated one or more tickets which you no longer require, you may only pass on any such ticket to a friend, family member or other person permitted by the relevant ticket terms and conditions, and on the condition that such transfer is for no more than its face value
Please see www.ecb.co.uk/tickets/touting for full re-sale/refund policy.
All tickets are issued by or on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club. Each Ticket is and shall remain at all times the property of Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club.
Kindly note that only Nottinghamshire members are permitted Pavilion tickets (subject to availability). Taking a seat in this area as a non-member, unless specific permission has been obtained from the venue, will put the ticket holder in breach of our terms and conditions. Non-members will not be permitted access to the ground with Pavilion tickets and any member purchasing tickets beyond their allocation will be contacted by the ticket office in order to arrange relocation to a public area of the ground. If relocation cannot be arranged in these circumstances, tickets will be cancelled. Member priority windows apply to holders of a bone fide membership for the season during which the fixture is due to be played. It is not permitted for those without a valid membership for that season to obtain tickets during these windows.
No person who is subject to a ban imposed and/or recognised by the ICC, the ECB or any other ICC Member as a result of a breach of any applicable ICC, ECB or other ICC member rules, regulations, codes or directives shall be permitted to enter the ground and any such person found within the ground on any matchday shall be liable to immediate removal from the ground.
Please note that the use of any cameras or mobile devices or any electronic equipment, for the recording, transmission or communication of match footage, details, statistics, images (on any platforms including but not limited to websites and social media) etc., is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation.
You can, however, take pictures for your own personal use, providing you do not use specialist equipment such as telephoto lenses, tripods or mono pods.
Accredited photographers will be present during the match and will be taking images for use on our printed marketing materials and digital channels. If you or anyone in your party would not like photographing, then please inform our photographer or your nearest steward.
Ticket prices include VAT - reg no 117743861. Refunds will only be permitted under the terms of the ECB Refund Scheme.
Tickets are issued subject to Ground Regulations established by the venue and/or the ECB and the venue and/or the ECB shall be entitled to refuse admission to any ticket holder in reasonable circumstances and shall give written reasons if requested. A copy of the full Ground Regulations currently in force is available on the official website here…
Printed copies can be made available upon request.
The venue and the ECB reserve the right to change these conditions.
Please note that music and other entertainment are likely to be part of the entertainment package at major matches.
