Haseeb Hameed reflects on Ramadan having spent the first fortnight of the holy month in Abu Dhabi on pre-season tour - his first time in a Muslim country during the month of fasting, prayer, community and reflection.
The 27-year-old discusses the challenges of fasting in challenging temperatures, as well as the perspective which helps him in that effort.
Hameed also shares his thoughts on Trent Bridge's Solidarity Fast, an event arranged by Nottinghamshire's Community and Development team, with staff and community invited to share in the fast before an Iftar celebration in the evening.
