Luke Fletcher took three wickets as Yorkshire's Second Eleven declared on 213-6 on the second day of the Championship match at Lady Bay.
Adil Rashid's knock of 69 knock out was thehighlight of the Yorkshire batting effort as Nottinghamshire began their second innings with a lead of 139.
Karl Turner (16) and Neil Edwards (20) steered Notts to 36 without loss at the close.
