Nottinghamshire all-rounder Graeme Swann claims the England squad can't wait to get started in the ICC World Twenty20 - and hopes he'll get the chance to play at his home ground Trent Bridge during the tournament.

Trent Bridge hosts two warm-up games today with Australia, Bangladesh, Pakistan and South Africa all featuring, while England will take on Scotland tomorrow in the second of another double-header of practice matches after Bangladesh play Sri Lanka.

While England do not play an official group stage match at Trent Bridge, they are likely to face South Africa in the Super 8's should both sides qualify.

And Swann said: “The whole England squad are really looking forward to the competition and I'm so excited about it - it promises to be a brilliant tournament.

“It couldn't have come at a better time having beaten the West Indies. We're feeling confident, can't wait for the first game and hopefully I will have a chance to play in front of a full house at Trent Bridge.”

Tickets for all tournament fixtures, including nine matchdays at Trent Bridge, are now on sale from the official ICC website and the ticket hotline 0844 847 2020.

You can also purchase tickets from the Trent Bridge Ticket Office on 0870 168 8888 or directly at Trent Bridge on the day. Seats are still available for today's warm-up matches, with Australia playing Bangladesh at 1.30pm and Pakistan facing South Africa at 5.30pm.
