The England wicketkeeper says Fleming has been assessing our squad?s strengths during the opening three matches of the season and is now ready to bring in his ideas against Worcestershire Royals.

Read said: "We?re still working out the right formula for one-day cricket and Fleming still has his ideas to add to the mix.

"I think we have made gradual improvements in the three games we?ve played so far but there?s plenty of areas we can work on.

"So far Fleming has been taking time to assess what he sees and trying to make the best of our strengths.

"Worcestershire have some good one-day players like Vikram Solanki, Graeme Hick and Gareth Batty, but we are feeling confident about taking our Championship form across into the totesport League."
